Terms of Use

The draft foundation terms for using Veruscope as a Legal Visibility Platform.

Status: draft foundation · Effective date: effective date pending review

Draft foundation page. This content is for product/compliance preparation and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.

This page is a draft foundation document. The English version is maintained as the original draft for Sax Group LLC, and the Portuguese version is provided for user accessibility. Both versions require qualified counsel review before public launch.

These draft foundation Terms of Use describe how Veruscope may be used. Veruscope provides operational visibility over legal-adjacent contexts. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and does not represent users. This page is a draft foundation and is subject to legal review before public launch.

Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Veruscope, you indicate that you have read this draft foundation. Final, binding terms will be published after qualified counsel review. Until then, these terms describe intended use rather than a final agreement.

Service description

Veruscope helps users and companies recover operational visibility over legal-adjacent contexts: official-source event metadata, documents, actions, agreements, authorizations, attorney collaboration, missing information, and case history. Veruscope organizes and surfaces information for review; it does not make legal determinations.

What Veruscope does not do

Veruscope does not file petitions, does not represent users in court, does not certify legal status, does not guarantee outcomes, and does not replace qualified professional review.

Account responsibility

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and workspace.
  • You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
  • You should keep your authentication credentials secure and not share access in ways that bypass workspace controls.

Authorized use

  • Monitored context responsibility — you are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to monitor the contexts you add (such as a case, CPF/CNPJ, or client context).
  • Document upload responsibility — you are responsible for ensuring you are authorized to upload and process the documents you bring into a workspace.
  • Third-party document request responsibility — when you share a request link, you are responsible for using it appropriately and only with people you are authorized to request documents from.

No legal advice or attorney-client relationship

  • Veruscope does not provide legal advice and does not produce legal opinions.
  • Using Veruscope does not create an attorney-client relationship.
  • Veruscope does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, timeliness, or availability of any source metadata, document, or record.

Prohibited use

  • Do not use Veruscope for any unlawful purpose or to process data you are not authorized to process.
  • Do not share credentials, certificates, or passwords in ways that bypass workspace access controls.
  • Do not scrape, overload, probe, or otherwise abuse the platform or attempt to circumvent its security.
  • Do not misrepresent your authority over a monitored context or a document.

Billing and subscription

Billing and subscription terms are a draft placeholder. Subscription state only changes after the payment provider confirms payment. Specific pricing, billing cycles, refunds, and enforcement terms should be reviewed by counsel before publication.

Suspension and termination

Suspension and termination terms are a draft placeholder, including the circumstances under which access may be limited and what happens to workspace data afterward. These should be reviewed by counsel before publication.

Limitation of liability

Limitation of liability language is a draft placeholder pending counsel review. Because Veruscope provides operational visibility and not legal advice, any final terms should clearly reflect that users remain responsible for their own legal decisions.

Governing law

Governing law and jurisdiction are a draft placeholder and should be determined by counsel before publication.

Changes to these terms

These terms are a draft foundation and may change. The process for notifying users of changes should be reviewed by counsel before publication.
