What Veruscope is — and is not — when it comes to legal matters.
Status: draft foundation · Effective date: effective date pending review
This page is a draft foundation document. The English version is maintained as the original draft for Sax Group LLC, and the Portuguese version is provided for user accessibility. Both versions require qualified counsel review before public launch.
Veruscope provides operational visibility based on available information. This page explains the limits of that visibility so it is not mistaken for legal advice or a guaranteed source of truth. It is a draft foundation and is subject to legal review.
Not legal advice
AI output is operational, not legal
AI features may generate operational summaries to support review. AI output is a suggestion that may be incomplete or incorrect. It is not legal advice, not a legal opinion, and not a decision. A qualified professional should review anything that involves a legal decision.
Source metadata may be incomplete or delayed
Official-source events shown in Veruscope are based on public, third-party source metadata. That metadata may be incomplete, delayed, restricted, or unavailable. An event is a candidate for review, not a confirmed legal conclusion.
Documents may be user-provided and unverified
- Documents may be uploaded by users, forwarded by email, or submitted by third parties through request links.
- Veruscope does not verify the legal validity, authenticity, or completeness of documents.
- Document classification and text extraction may be incomplete or incorrect and require human review.
Court documents and official sources
Direct import of court process documents is not currently guaranteed. Veruscope currently distinguishes between official process metadata (for example, DataJud movement and process metadata, where available) and the underlying document access, which it does not currently import automatically. Availability of official metadata does not mean the corresponding documents are available.
Agreements and proposals are internal tracking
Agreements, proposals, and similar records inside Veruscope are internal tracking aids for operational visibility. They are not, by themselves, legally enforceable instruments and do not establish legal rights or obligations.
Billing status depends on the provider
Billing and subscription status reflects information received from the payment provider. Subscription state only changes after the provider confirms the payment, so displayed status may lag behind a recent transaction.
Consult a qualified professional
Veruscope supports operational visibility and human review. For any legal interpretation, deadline, filing, or decision, you should consult a qualified professional. This disclaimer is a draft foundation and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before public launch.
